It was a nice Saturday, and Damarise and I were tired of our picture wall, well, ok, maybe our pictures were tired of the wall:P hehe, they kept falling off, so yah, we put our brains and creativity together and came up with this:) Some jean "bulletin boards"... sorta:)... there's not a Wal*mart here where you can just go and buy a bulletin boards, so we used some wood that we have that came with the house, some jeans that Damarise bought at the market, but then didn't end up working, and some curtains that we found at the market with loads of colourful ribbon on it which is like just what we needed:D.... Soo, here the step-by-step process:]
#1- Cut the board to the right size... we didn't get a pic of me cutting it:P tee hee hee:)
#2- Put some foam *Or an old torn up pillow* on the board
#3- the jean... we laid it all out on the board
#4- lay it all out together
#5- hot glue it! Damarise loves the hot glue gun:)
#6- hot glue it to the back as well
#7- Staple the corners
#8- the half way finished project
Damarise with the ribbons that we got:D
#9- cut the ribbons off the curtains:)
#10- place the ribbons on the board
#11- hot glue the ribbons to the back
#12- the finished project!
#13- drill holes into the wall *cement walls are hard!!*
#13- ta da!
Ohh wait, Damarise going through the 184 pics that were on our wall, looking for the perfect ones for the jean boards:)
