(Yes, the title of this post deserved an exclamation point!)378 days ago (to be exact) I was at the Orthodontist office, lying in a chair, getting metal glued to my teeth. Life with braces had begun.
This afternoon I was once again at the Orthodontist office, lying in a chair. Only this time it wasn't for a what-should-we-do-next appointment, it was to yank the braces off my teeth! Woo hoo!
I have been counting down the days, hours, and yes, even minutes, until my braces come off. Ah, it feels wonderful! Straight, smooth teeth. I can't wait to wake up in the morning with my lips not being oddly stuck to my braces. Although I was and am so thankful for braces, I'm excited to start back into life without braces. :)
