Midwestern Brunch!

This morning we decided to have our cousin over for brunch! I don't think I've told the story about our cousin.... If I have sorry, here it goes again. Anyways, while Mom was in the States for Nana's funeral we went to an Easter service at a friend's place. They had invited all the missionaries in the city so a lot of people were there. There was one girl there who we hadn't met yet, so Dad and her got to talking and asked where she was from and she said some tiny town in Iowa (i think...) so Dad asked the name of the town and lo and behold it was the same town where Dad's Dad had grown up! Woah! So she told some story about our (Somehow extended) cousin that we have heard a ton of times and she said that the story is about her Grandpa! How cool is that?! Anyways, so a couple days later she came by and said that she had called up all her relatives and did a lil' research and found out that we are related!!! We're like first cousins or something like that! Anyways, we were pretty thrilled to have a blood relative here! :) It's pretty amazing! 

So, this morning we had her over for a good ol' midwestern style brunch, but it ended up turing into a lunch cause her and her roommate's apartment got broken into and one of her roommates got some money stolen. So, please be praying for them! They're going through a pretty rough and scary time! Thanks! ... Well, lunch/brunch was great! Mom made biscuits and gravy, eggs and we splurged and got a lil' bit of bacon :) And Sarah made cinnamon rolls! Yum! They were so good!!!! :) And we had a great time with Allison! :) It made for a wonderful Saturday! :)
