The Radio, 2 Sets of Earphones, & My Parents...

About a month ago, I wrote about Mom listening to the Mozambican radio stations.  Well, yesterday, while I was doing school, I couldn't resist taking a picture of both Mom and Dad listening to the radio together :) It's cute to see them both sitting there with earphones in trying to understand what is being said. Yesterday they listened to someone talk about malnourishment. Lots of big words in there! Way to go Dad and Mom!

What's on the Radio?

This has been a usual scene in our house recently ;) Mom, although it's usually Dad, with earphones in, listening to the radio :) They're trying to hear as much Portuguese as is possible :) It's funny though to watch them walking through the house with radio in hand, just listening away :) Hehe.  And what is on the radio?? There are only 2 radio stations in Portuguese, and normally it's just music on, but every so often Dad and Mom get the joy of hearing a talk show :) And that is a lil' glimpse of what Dad and Mom do to learn more Portuguese :)
