Poor Sandy! Our neighbors have been shooting off fire crackers and teasing Sandy with the noise :(. Every time they go off Sandy comes sneaking in the front door and lays there by the screen :) She looks so cute :)

A Song, some noise, and a rat...
This morning started off as a beautiful morning, not that it still isn't beautiful, it just had a slight disturbance to the beauty of it :) So, there I was sitting on our piano stool playing "Never Let Go" on the piano. Damarise was sitting on Sarah's bed doing her school. It seemed like a normal Monday until... (Scary music) We heard a shout, 3 screams and loads of scratching. Next thing we heard was Ian shouting, "Sandy (our dog) has a RAT!" Ew! The piano playing stopped, the shouting continued. Sarah, Ian and Andrew were chasing after Sandy. Next thing we heard, Sandy had squished the rat's skull and its eyeball had popped out! Ewww gross!! ... It was a sight for sore eyes. Andrew got it from Sandy and buried it. (Cause we weren't sure if it would have rabies or not.) And as of now everything is back to normal. No more rat, no more shouting, the piano is playing and Damarise is doing school :) As should I, so ta ta!

"How much is that doggie in the window?"
This morning while Damarise and I were doing school, our dog, Sandy, kept hopping up and down trying to get up to the window sill so that we would pet her :) Silly dog. Well, her hero, Sarah, came along and lifted her up :) Damarise pet Sandy for a lil' while and then got back on with her school work. And Sandy, well, she just laid down on our window sill, moving back and forth every so often, and all I could think of while I was staring at her was the song, "How much is that doggie in the window?" ;) --Ps- don't worry, she got off our window sill fine and dandy :)
